A great keynote shouldn't simply entertain an audience for an hour.
It should change what happens after they leave the room.
That's what I want to bring to your event.
For nearly four decades, my career placed me in environments where leadership, communication, trust, human behavior, and performing under pressure weren't concepts—they were necessities.
I've served around the world as a federal agent, received training from some of our nation's leading federal agencies, completed more than 1,000 missions protecting senior American leaders, worked alongside respected leaders such as Rick Warren and Max Lucado, and spent decades studying why people think, communicate, behave, and respond the way they do.
But none of that is the reason to invite me to speak.
What matters is what those experiences can do for the people sitting in the room.
My goal is to help people look beyond where they are today and rediscover why they're doing what they're doing, what they're capable of becoming, and what could happen if they decided to move forward with purpose.
I know what it means to have the plan suddenly change.
After nearly four decades of service, I nearly died from COVID-19, underwent open-heart surgery, survived two life-threatening blood clots, and found myself asking questions that accomplishments, titles, and credentials could never answer.
Why am I here?
What really matters?
And what am I going to do with whatever comes next?
Those questions changed my life.
Today, I use what I've learned through leadership, human behavior, adversity, success, failure, service, and rebuilding to help others discover those answers for themselves.
Every organization is different.
Every event has a purpose.
And every audience walks into the room carrying different challenges, ambitions, responsibilities, and expectations.
That's why my job begins before I ever step onto the stage.
I want to understand why you're bringing everyone together and what you want to accomplish.
Then we build the message around that goal.
Maybe it's reigniting a team after a difficult season.
Maybe it's strengthening leadership and communication.
Maybe it's navigating change.
Maybe it's reconnecting people with the mission of the organization.
Or maybe it's helping someone in that audience realize they've been playing smaller than they're capable of playing.
Whatever the objective, I want the keynote to support it.
Because inspiration without action doesn't last.
The goal isn't simply to make people feel good in the room. It's to help them leave the room ready to do something with that feeling.
I want people walking away asking:
What's my WHY?
What am I capable of?
What have I allowed to hold me back?
And what am I going to do next?
I want them energized.
I want them thinking differently.
I want them believing bigger.
And I want them ready to take that energy back into their careers, businesses, relationships, teams, communities, and lives.
Because sometimes becoming unstoppable doesn't begin with learning something new.
Sometimes it begins with remembering why you started.
That's the experience I want to create at your event.
Not simply a keynote they'll remember.
A reason to accomplish what comes next.
